Paula Sager's work revolves around the practice of learning through body and movement. She offers private sessions, group workshops and seminars at Three Stone Studio in Rhode Island and other venues worldwide.
The Discipline of Authentic Movement, the Alexander Technique, and Contemplative Inquiry are at the heart of her teaching. All three offer experiential opportunities to explore the phenomenon of relationship whether to one’s own physical body, to other people, to nature, to one’s creative process or spiritual orientation. Paula is a faculty member of Circles of Four, an international post-graduate program designed to prepare teachers of the Discipline of Authentic Movement.
